Ivies Remaining Strong at Henley Regatta
Six of seven Ivy League teams are still active in competition at the Henley Regatta. Heading into the weekend, the Ivies are poised to challenge for team titles in several Cup competitions. Action continues at the historic destination at Henley-on-Thames through July 5th.

Ma Selected to Lead Penn Fencing Program
The University of Pennsylvania's Director of Athletics, Steve Bilsky, has announced the hiring of Andy Ma as head coach of the Penn men’s and women’s fencing programs. Ma replaces David Micahnik, who retired following the 2008-09 season after 35 years at the Quaker helm.

Harris Begins as New Ivy League Executive Director
The Ivy League embarks on its next chapter under new leadership today as Robin Harris takes over the reins as the second full-time Executive Director of The Council of Ivy Group Presidents.

Columbia's Blackett Named Administrator of the Year
Columbia's Jacqueline Blackett has been informally honored by countless student-athletes and alumni for her work as an athletics administrator over a 14-year career. Her impact is now nationally known as she was named the Jostens Administrator of the Year by the National Association of Collegiate Women Athletics Administrators (NACWAA).

Chris Bates Named Men's Lacrosse Coach At Princeton
Chris Bates, who has spent the last 10 years as the head coach at Drexel University, has become the 10th head men's lacrosse at Princeton University. He replaces Hall of Fame coach Bill Tierney, who left to become the head coach at Denver.
